Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Rivadora, we take special care in packaging and shipping your jewelry so it reaches you in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification as soon as your package has been shipped.
Note: During peak periods (end-of-year holidays, sales), this timeframe may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Below is our current rate table:

Estimated Time: 2–4 business days

Rate: £15.00 (approx., depending on exchange rate)

🇺🇸 🇨🇦 North America (United States, Canada)
Rate: €50.00
Type: International Standard
Estimated Time: 5–6 business days
🇦🇺 🇳🇿 Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This will allow you to follow your jewelry’s journey in real time until it reaches your home.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union (notably to the UK, USA, Canada, or Australia), customs or import taxes may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Rivadora is not responsible for delays caused by customs services.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at deborah@rivadora.fr so we can find a solution.
