1. Brand Presentation

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales made on the Rivadora website, which specializes in the creation and sale of jewelry.

Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The jewelry offered meets strict quality standards and is subject to rigorous inspections at every stage, from manufacturing to shipping.

Each piece of jewelry is engraved with essential details such as:

  • the metal used,

  • a unique identification number,

  • the brand’s signature.

The photographs are as accurate as possible but may slightly differ from the final product (shade, reflections, lighting).

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
The brand reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website is firm and final after payment confirmation.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the details of their order.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for purchases is made online at the time of ordering.

The following payment methods are accepted on the website:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, where applicable)

Payments are fully secured via the Shopify Payments platform and/or its certified partners. The customer’s banking data is encrypted and is never stored by the website.

An order is considered validated only after payment confirmation.
If the transaction is refused by the bank, the order will automatically be cancelled.

The card is charged immediately after the order is validated.

The brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the jewelry to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for:

  • personalized or made-to-order jewelry.

The product must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

8. Legal Warranty & Jewelry Quality

The jewelry benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt.

This warranty covers manufacturing or quality defects, subject to validation by our workshops.

9. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and natural aging of the jewelry

  • Improper use resulting in:

    • impacts, breakage, deformation, scratches, stains

    • or any activity contrary to care instructions

  • Jewelry that has been repaired or dismantled outside an authorized network

  • Jewelry for which the legal warranty period has expired (over 2 years)

In the latter case, a repair estimate may be offered with a contribution to the costs.

✔️ Photos of the jewelry (overall view + close-ups)
✔️ Photos / videos showing the issue
✔️ A detailed description of the problem

After review, we will propose the best solution: repair, exchange, or other.

 Normal wear or improper care is not covered.

11. Liability

The brand shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

12. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and remains strictly confidential.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
